AUCTION ITEMS NEEDED!

ACT NOW! The Spring Fundraising Banquet is fast approaching! We need donations for the auction! We need YOU to donate items or contact people/companies who will donate items for our Spring Banquet Fundraising Auction! Our members are always a great source of unique and desirable auction items, and NOW is the time for YOU to help out!

 

DATES
The Banquet is March 22nd, 2012. Donations will be accepted until March 22nd but to get them in the Banquet Program you need to get the donations to us by March 2nd.

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Event tickets/passes for college or pro sports / concerts / theater
  • Electronics like large screen TVs or computers
  • Original art
  • Firearms
  • Fly-fishing gear
  • Weekend rentals/romantic get-away packages
  • Spa treatments
  • Exercise equipment
  • Etc….

Select the desired option (individual tickets, sponsor, etc.) and click "add to basket." This will cause a PayPal window to appear.

PayPal gives you option of entering a credit card or logging into PayPal (if you have an account). Once you enter your credit card information (or log-in) you will see a "Review Your Payment" screen.

NOTE: YOU HAVE TO TELL US WHETHER YOU WANT PRIME RIB OR CHICKEN FLORENTINE.  TO DO THIS, CLICK THE "SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS" BUTTON (MIDDLE OF THE PAYPAL SCREEN) AND TYPE IN YOUR SELECTION FOR EACH MEMBER OF YOUR PARTY. You can add other instructions such as who you would like to sit with or if you are bringing guest please supply their names and meal selection.

You will receive a confirmation email from PHY acknowledging your reservation within 24 hours. We may request additional information if you are bringing guests to facilitate the registration process. No tickets will be sent, but instead, pre-numbered bracelets will be reserved for you, by name, at the entrance to the banquet.
