AUCTION ITEMS NEEDED!
ACT NOW! The Spring Fundraising Banquet is fast approaching! We need donations for the auction! We need YOU to donate items or contact people/companies who will donate items for our Spring Banquet Fundraising Auction! Our members are always a great source of unique and desirable auction items, and NOW is the time for YOU to help out!
DATES
The Banquet is March 22nd, 2012. Donations will be accepted until March 22nd but to get them in the Banquet Program you need to get the donations to us by March 2nd.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Event tickets/passes for college or pro sports / concerts / theater
- Electronics like large screen TVs or computers
- Original art
- Firearms
- Fly-fishing gear
- Weekend rentals/romantic get-away packages
- Spa treatments
- Exercise equipment
- Etc….
ADVERTISING!
Remember, all donations from companies will be listed in the Banquet Program with the company's name.

Can't get donations? Solicit sponsorships! Ask them to consider being a sponsor by making a monetary donation!
